Thailand Intrigue

Welcome to Thailand Intrigue. I am a retired Sydney family lawyer and now spend about half my time in each of Australia and Thailand. In Thailand I have a home in Chang Mai about 10 km from the centre of the city. When I am in Thailand I spend my time studying the Thai language, becoming familiar with Thai law, eating the delicious Thai food, enjoying the cultural diversity and the company of the wonderful Thai people. The rest of the time I just have fun.

A while ago I started taking photographs of interesting sites and writing short articles on various topics including Thai culture, Thai cuisine, the Thai language and Thai law. After seeing a few really good blogs about Thailand I decided it was time to start one myself.
